ELEVATOR GROUP CALL SERVER
Elevator Group Call Server connects two or multiple lifts to set up a lift group. This system
serves random call generated by user to specific lift and serves the call efficiently. This
product is equipped with a single chip computer to deal with complex, random, multi-
objective, non-linear, uncertain decision making problems.
This Product can connect two to eight number of lifts in a group, with the help of RS-485 port.
MAN -MACHINE INTERFACE ( MMI )

Our diagnostic system MMI is a handy system used for
Automation, Process control and Supervisory monitoring.
MMI helps in the setup and adjustments of main
parameters during installation.
It guides the interaction of the user with the control panel
and also presents the user with the state of process and to
accept and implement user’s control instructions. MMI also
provides trending, event logging, alarming and diagnosis of
controlling parameters.
It enhances diagnosis of status and fault thus assisting in
debugging. It also stores and displays records of the last
registered faults. A single unit is helpful in serving
maintenance of numerous lifts.
Thus in the specialized field of lift systems, MMI is an
advanced tool which makes it possible to achieve fast,
accurate and reproducible test results
AUDIO-SIGNALLING
In the process of modernizing, we have come up with a User-friendly concept of Audio-
signalling which guides the passengers by announcing the status of the lift. Language
preference is up to clientele.
ELEVATOR DIAGNOSTIC TOOL (EDT)
Elevator Diagnostic Tool (EDT) software is designed to monitor and troubleshoot elevators.
It communicates with elevator control panel through serial bus. We can view or alter all the
functions/parameters etc related to the operation of elevator using this tool. It also displays
real time status of the elevator.
The main features of EDT are:

EBUILDING MONITORING SYSTEM (BMS)
BMS is the central monitoring station for single to a multigroup (of 32) elevators in avbuilding. This system tracks real-time elevator movement and the current status of all
the cars with respective positions, travel directions, door status, and car/hall calls.
Convenient remote operational control enables management of various commands to
each elevator including placement of car/hall calls, floor lockout and return operation.
With this system, users can schedule changes, such as peak time service, or access
elevators in real-time for immediate control. In addition, diagnostics and evaluation of
elevator performance can be easily done.
The BMS contains distinctive graphical representation of each elevator performance.
Vital statistics such as average hall call waiting times, maximum waiting times,
percentage of long waits, and hall call counts for each elevator or specific landings can be
tracked. This is a PC based system with compatibility to Windows 98 and onwards.
Installed at various locations within a building, BMS provides virtually total control of the
entire elevator system for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year enabling monitoring,
modification of system operation performance and error conditions reducing elevator
downtime.
REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM (RMS)
Maintenance of any elevator system around the world requires maintenance personnel to
frequently visit and to check the operational and safety parameters of the system.
SPT’s RMS is a stand-alone system to monitor and control all multiple banks of
elevators in multiple locations of any type of make and model.
The software is an interactive ‘PC with modem’ based program fully compatible with
Windows 98 and onwards with familiar Windows GUI(Graphical User Interface) making it
easy to understand and use.
RMS encompasses a broad spectrum of elevator monitoring requirements. The system
facilitates monitoring of selected events, emergency reports and analysis of elevator
system performance from a designated central location.
The RMS monitors the elevators attached to the system providing various real time display
screens and allows the authorised user to have immediate and scheduled control of
elevator operations through alterable elevator parameters (enable/disable the floor lockout
feature, enable/disable the car call lockout feature, parking operation, home landing,
fireman floor, compulsory stop, VIP operation, security operation, display function
selection, current registered hall/car call events, current group operational mode, current
individual operational mode, current individual hoistway position, current individual travel
direction, current individual door position and elevator movement),using standard pull
down menus.
Offline review and analysis is possible as all data collected are organized and stored in a
database thus solving the purpose of diagnosis and evaluation of elevator performance
